This framework was designed to aid organisations in testing and evaluating the true effectiveness and capabilities of counter drone systems. The framework can be considered as a basic OT&E tool that is to be ran separately, in an uncontrolled environment, to stretch and test the limits of the system’s specifications without vendor bias. It considers threat modelling, designing threat scenarios and the metrics involved in considering its effectiveness within the deployed environment.
