Islamic State - Release of 2nd Edition of weaponized UAS Playbook

An Islamic State affiliated media channel has released a 2nd edition of a guide on using weaponized UAS for terrorist purposes. After the initial release of the 'Modern Warfare' guide looking at the advantages and disadvantages of each UAS make and model, this release focuses on a tear-down and component analysis of a UAS.
